To make the cut-off wheel perform optimally we recommend that you use Aka-Cool, water-soluble coolant. This coolant helps minimizing thermal damage on the sample surface. Furthermore, it acts as corrosion protection for both the sample material and the machine.
To avoid foaming, which decreases cooling, Aka-NoFoam should be used. It is an anti-foaming agent that also increases the cooling ability of the cooling water.
